Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer you have the right to cancel a contract without giving any reason if goods are returned to us in their original condition within 14 days from the date you received the goods.
The cancellation period begins upon receipt of this written notification, however, not before receipt of the goods; if the delivery ensues in partial-shipping, not before the first delivery, and also not before our obligation to provide information as defined in Article 246 § 2 in connection with § 1 and 2 EGBGB, as well as our duties according to § 312e Article 1, no.1 BGB in connection with 246 § 3 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code).

Your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or fax, post the letter or dispatch the goods to us. Goods will be accepted for return within 14 days after delivery of the goods as long as they are returned in complete, unused and undamaged condition.
Effects of Cancellation
Goods must be in a saleable condition with the correct original undamaged packaging.
We will check all items returned to us as damaged or defective. Note that if the goods are not packaged adequately to avoid damage in transit or if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods or if the goods are returned only in part we reserve the right to recover our fees and and expenses from you.
The goods may only be tested and tried in the same way a product would be tested and tried in a retail shop. This means that items must be returned new, unused and complete. If we notice that the items have been used or damaged we reserve the right to charge you for the item/s.
All goods are to be returned at your risk and expense.
If you exercise your right to cancel, we will issue a credit note of the price you paid for the products including the standard shipping costs. Please note that the shipping costs will only be refunded if the complete shipment has been returned and the standard shipping costs have been used. In the case that only a partial return-shipment of the goods ensues the consumer will be held responsible for the delivery and handling costs for the return shipment.
