Nitrider® N-Series

Varilift® V-Series
- user adjustable version of the Nitrider® GAS strut
- a bleed valve is fitted to enable the user to adjust the initial force of the strut
- each size is pressurized to the maximum vailable initial force for that range
- ideal for prototyping new applications and those which cater for varying weights
- black coated body and durable rod with nitrided anti corrosive surface specified at 144 hours resistance per ASTM-B117 salt spray test
- conforms to most automotive requirements
Stainless Steel - S-Series - made from AISI 316 - (1.4401 - V4A) steel
- suited to exposure to harsh enviromental conditions and will not rust or corrode
- ideal for applications in the marine, food, and chemical industry
A selection of end fittings is available for all sizes.
Stainless Steel -Varilift® X-Series - user adjustable version of the stainless steel gas strut
- a bleed valve is fitted to enable the user to adjust the initial force of the strut
- each size is pressurised to the maximum available initial force for that range
- once installed, the adjustment may be made without removing the strut, saving considerable time and effort
- ideal for prototyping new applications and those which cater for varying weights
